Applications are reviewed and evaluated by our People Team and hiring managers, ensuring our People-First approach is reflected in every step of our candidate experience.\nYour Role\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute application deployment strategies and activities.\nDeploy, configure, and manage applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments.\nDevelop and maintain deployment scripts and automation tools to streamline and enhance the efficiency and reliability of deployments.\nDesign, build, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, including reusable modules and remote state management, to provision consistent and repeatable environments.\nMonitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, working closely with development and operations teams to identify and resolve complex problems.\nImplement and optimize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable seamless and automated application deployments.\nConduct comprehensive testing and verification of deployments to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.\nEnsure strict compliance with deployment and release management policies, procedures, and best practices.\nDocument deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for reference and knowledge sharing.\nStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to application deployment, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.\nDrive engineering mindset by designing, implementing, and improving processes and technologies for application deployment.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.\nConduct all business in accordance with Intradiem's policies and procedures.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nYour Background\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in application deployment, release management, or related roles.\nStrong knowledge of application deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nExtensive experience with scripting and deployment automation in a continuous integration environment.\nWorking knowledge of Terraform, including writing and maintaining modules, managing state, and integrating Terraform runs into CI/CD pipelines.\nIn-depth understanding of continuous integration practices and cross-platform integration challenges.\nProficiency in system-level and integration-level testing, with a strong background in quality assurance.\nExperience specifying and implementing testing and production environment infrastructure.\nDemonstrated deployment experience in hosted environments.\nStrong Windows and Linux skills, with a deep understanding of Linux servers and the ability to navigate and troubleshoot effectively.\nRHCSA and RHCE\nAbility and desire to quickly learn new technologies and apply new skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nWork Authorization: \nCandidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.
