In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). \n\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, UI developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performing websites and digital solutions. \n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for developers who have strong expertise in AEM Sites, Java, Apache Sling, and modern web technologies, and are passionate about delivering exceptional digital customer experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\n\n- Build reusable and configurable AEM Components, Templates, and Content Fragments using HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\n\n- Develop backend business logic using Java, including custom OSGi services, Apache Sling Models, Servlets, and workflow processes.\n\n- Create and maintain custom AEM workflows, listeners, schedulers, and services based on business requirements.\n\n- Integrate AEM with external applications such as CRM platforms, e-commerce solutions, analytics tools, and other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs.\n\n- Configure and optimize the Apache Dispatcher caching layer to improve website performance, scalability, and security.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability and performance.\n\n- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.\n\n- Follow best practices for coding standards, security, performance optimization, and maintainability.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Development.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming concepts.\n\n- Solid experience with : \n\n1. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)\n\n2. HTL (Sightly)\n\n3. Apache Sling\n\n4. OSGi Framework\n\n5. JCR Repository\n\n6.
