issues, perform rootcause analysis, and implement fixes promptly.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Proven experience building AI agents or conversational systems.\n\n- Strong backend development expertise in Node.js with TypeScript or Python.\n\n- Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs.\n\n- Handson experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.\n\n- Familiarity with testing frameworks
