are looking for an experienced Product Lead - Agentic AI to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow solutions for Fraud and Claims operations.\n\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong product leadership with a solid understanding of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise technology architecture.\n\nYou will work closely with engineering, data science, architecture, and business operations teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions that improve fraud detection, automate investigation workflows, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered Fraud and Claims solutions.\n\n- Design Agentic AI workflows, AI agent behaviors, orchestration models, and intelligent automation capabilities.\n\n- Translate complex business processes into scalable product features, technical workflows, and implementation-ready specifications.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI-assisted decision systems.\n\n- Define decision-making frameworks combining deterministic business rules, machine learning, and AI-driven reasoning.\n\n- Design human-in-the-loop mechanisms, escalation workflows, and explainable AI decision processes.\n\n- Lead product development from ideation and prototyping through implementation, testing, and production deployment.\n\n- Create product specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and solution design documents.\n\n- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, API integration, and enterprise readiness.\n\n- Monitor product performance and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions meet applicable data privacy, security, governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, AI Product Development, Solution Design, or related technology roles.\n\n- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-powered applications, and AI-driven workflow automation.\n\n- Experience designing AI agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, intelligent decision systems, or AI-enabled enterprise products.\n\n- Understanding of machine learning, AI-assisted decision-making, human-in-the-loop architectures, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Experience translating business requirements into technical product specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.\n\n- Strong collaboration experience with engineering, data science, architecture, and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise application architecture.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nDomain Requirements :\n\n- 7+ years of banking experience.\n\n- 6+ years of experience in financial services.\n\n- 4+ years of hands-on or professional experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI).\n\n- Experience in fraud detection, claims processing, risk management, payments, insurance, banking operations, or financial services decision-support systems is highly preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-powered enterprise products.\n\n- Experience in BFSI, insurance, fraud investigation, claims management, or risk and compliance platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Experience designing explainable, auditable, and governed AI solutions in regulated environments.\n\n- Experience leading cross-functional product teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.\nSkills\nProduct
