refinement and sprint planning.\nBasic Qualifications and Experience :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field experience.\n\n- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or relevant areas.\n\n- Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience.\n\n- Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience.\n\nFunctional Skills :\n\n- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.\n\n- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and analysis.\n\n- Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines.\n\n- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile tools like JIRA.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills :\n\n- Experience with AWS services (e.g., Redshift, S3, EC2).\n\n- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).\n\n- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices.\n\n- Familiarity with scientific or healthcare data domains.\n\nProfessional Certifications :\n\n- AWS Developer certification (preferred).\n\n- SAFe for Teams Certification (preferred).\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual
