By combining Bally’s expertise in digital gaming and player engagement with INTRALOT’s decades of experience delivering secure lottery technology and operations, Bally’s Intralot offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative gaming solutions.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration processes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives\n\nDevelop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation pipelines using modern data platforms including Databricks and cloud-based data services\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain data models and curated data layers to support business intelligence tools such as Tableau\n\nIngest, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources including internal systems, external vendors, APIs, and structured and unstructured data within a Data Lake architecture\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics environments\n\nCollaborate with BI analysts, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions\n\nDevelop and maintain datasets and data services that enable reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics\n\nMonitor data pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements to ensure reliability, scalability, and data quality\n\nImplement data governance, data validation, and data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of enterprise data\n\nUtilize internal and external AI tools to support data exploration, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities\n\nDocument data architecture, data flows, standards, and processes to support maintainability, governance, and knowledge sharing\n\nSupport deployment and operations of data solutions in cloud environments\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of modern data engineering practices, data architecture, and business intelligence frameworks\n\nStrong experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MySQL or similar platforms\n\nExperience designing and developing scalable data pipelines using Databricks or similar distributed data processing platforms\n\nExperience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and related data services\n\nExperience implementing and managing Data Lake or Lakehouse architectures\n\nExperience building and supporting dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools\n\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data transformation processes, and workflow orchestration tools\n\nExperience working with structured and unstructured data and large-scale datasets\n\nFamiliarity with data modeling techniques including dimensional modeling for analytics and reporting\n\nUnderstanding of data governance, data security, and data quality management practices\n\nExperience using internal and external AI or machine learning tools to support data analysis, automation, or enrichment\n\nAbility to analyze complex data problems and develop scalable and efficient solutions\n\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as a team member in a cross-functional environment\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills\n\nEducation, Training, and Experience\nB.S. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field;
