customer representatives, delivery teams, and technical resources.\nThe role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, validating customer needs, supporting solution design, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.\nThe position serves as a key contributor to implementation readiness by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, tested, and successfully transitioned into production.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nEngage with OLG stakeholders, business users, and project teams to identify, analyze, and validate business requirements.\n\nFacilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and working sessions.\n\nTranslate business objectives and operational needs into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nEnsure requirements are fully understood by both business and development teams.\n\nSupport solution design activities by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n\nMaintain requirements traceability and validate alignment between customer expectations and delivered functionality.\n\nQuality Assurance & Solution Validation\nDevelop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on approved business and functional requirements.\n\nSupport preparation and readiness of testing environments.\n\nExecute and support System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing, and deployment validation activities.\n\nValidate that delivered solutions satisfy approved requirements and customer expectations.\n\nIdentify, document, track, and manage defects through successful resolution.\n\nCoordinate with development teams to investigate issues, validate fixes, and confirm successful remediation.\n\nSupport customer testing activities and assist stakeholders during acceptance testing.\n\nProvide recommendations regarding solution readiness, quality, and implementation preparedness.\n\nCustomer Engagement & Delivery Support\nCoordinate with OLG stakeholders, business users, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nSupport customer workshops, requirements reviews, solution demonstrations, and testing activities.\n\nEnsure customer expectations, priorities, and feedback are clearly communicated to delivery teams.\n\nSupport implementation readiness, deployment planning, and operational transition activities.\n\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and project team members.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to improving business analysis practices, testing methodologies, documentation standards, and quality processes.\n\nCapture lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.\n\nRecommend process improvements that support delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis, software implementation, or related disciplines.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale customer-facing technology implementation programs.\n\nExperience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.\n\nExperience developing and executing test plans and test cases.\n\nExperience supporting User Acceptance Testing and customer-facing implementation programs.\n\nExperience working within matrix organizations and global delivery models.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.\n\nExperience working in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector environments, or critical transaction-processing systems considered an application delivery, infrastructure environments, and production support processes.\n\nEMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION\nMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and Canadian employment eligibility.\nSECURITY REQUIREMENTS\nSubmission to, and ability to successfully pass, all required background and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the applicable
