About the Role: As a Supply Chain Specialist at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:
Support the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier communication, and contract administration.
Participate in vendor negotiations, assist in securing competitive pricing and terms, and identify new suppliers.
Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders across departments.
Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Track procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, lead times).
Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings within assigned spend categories.
Prepare and deliver management reports for assigned spend categories, including spend analysis, cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance, and budgeting insights.
Support the procurement and management of additional indirect services and spend areas (i.e. Outsourced Services, Logistics, Fleet & Asset Management, Telecom, Facilities) based on evolving business requirements.
Requirements
What Will You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or vendor management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proven hands-on experience in managing international shipments and cross-border transportation, including customs clearance procedures for imports and exports across multiple countries and transportation modes (road, air, and sea) while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
