environments.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nThe Technical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing technology projects involving software applications, systems integration, infrastructure, testing, releases and operational readiness.\nThis role works closely with customer stakeholders, Intralot Canada teams, global technology teams and third-party partners to ensure technical projects are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered in accordance with agreed requirements, timelines and commitments.\nThe Technical Project Manager develops and maintains project plans, monitors technical activities and dependencies, coordinates project resources, manages risks and issues, and provides clear visibility into project status and upcoming milestones.\nThe position requires a strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery combined with practical project management experience and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTechnical Project Management\nManage technology projects from planning through delivery, release and transition to operations.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate project activities across software development, infrastructure, systems integration, testing and operational teams.\n\nTrack project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies and technical deliverables.\n\nMonitor progress against project plans and identify potential schedule or delivery impacts.\n\nCoordinate technical resources and activities across local and global teams.\n\nEnsure project requirements, priorities and deliverables are clearly understood by participating teams.\n\nManage changes to project scope, timelines and dependencies in coordination with appropriate stakeholders.\n\nMaintain project documentation and ensure key decisions, actions and commitments are recorded and followed through.\n\nProvide regular project status updates to management and customer stakeholders.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n8+ years of experience in technical project management, technology delivery, systems integration or related roles.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing complex enterprise technology projects.\n\nStrong experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.\n\nExperience coordinating software development, systems integration, infrastructure, testing and production activities.\n\nExperience working with geographically distributed and global technology teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and competing priorities.\n\nExperience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong project risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.\n\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\nProject Management certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.\n\nExperience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar project management and tracking tools is preferred.\n\nExperience working in regulated, high-availability or transaction-intensive technology environments is an asset.\n\nExperience in lottery, gaming or related industries is considered an asset.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nTechnical Project Management\nStrong project planning, scheduling and execution skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple technical workstreams and interdependencies.\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology delivery processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of systems integration, APIs, infrastructure, application environments and production support.\n\nUnderstanding of software testing, defect management, release management and deployment processes.\n\nAbility to understand technical discussions and translate technical issues into project impacts and actions.\n\nStrong risk, issue and dependency management skills.\n\nAbility to identify potential project challenges and drive appropriate actions toward resolution.\n\nLeadership & Coordination\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.\n\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\n\nAbility to drive actions and maintain momentum across multiple teams.\n\nComfortable working with technical specialists, business stakeholders, vendors and senior management.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.\n\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.\n\nCommunication\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to prepare concise project reports, dashboards and executive presentations.\n\nStrong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to communicate project risks, challenges and difficult topics professionally and
