As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.\nThe part you will play\nThe Affiliate Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving Intrepid’s affiliate and creator/KOL marketing ecosystem to deliver sustainable GMV growth across key social commerce and e-Commerce platforms for brands’ affiliate marketing activities.\nThis position will lead and develop the Affiliate sub-teams, ensuring exceptional and consistent performance while streamlining collaboration across teams and departments. The main focus will be on scaling Intrepid’s Affiliate capabilities and driving performance growth, delivering brand and business objectives through strong strategic planning, expert stakeholder and people management, and a commitment to data-driven insights and decision making.\nAs an Affiliate Manager, you will take charge of\nStrategic Leadership & Planning\nDevelop and implement the Affiliate and creator/ KOL growth strategy, aligned with overall social commerce and commercial objectives.\nBe able to build sustainable performance models, including commission tiers, incentive frameworks, and ROI optimization plans.\nTranslate business goals into clear execution roadmaps and action plans for both affiliate and creator/KOL sub-teams.\n Affiliate Ecosystem & Partnership Development\nEstablish and nurture relationships with MCNs, creators/KOLs (especially top-tier ones), and the platforms.\nNegotiate and co-create strategic partnership programs, ensuring Intrepid’s participation in all Affiliate projects with relevant parties.\nAnalyze market and competitor trends to predict shifts and identify growth and collaboration opportunities.\nEnsure quality control in selecting creators, KOLs, MCNs, and evaluating their performance.\nTeam Management & Capability Building\nLead, coach, and empower Affiliate team members. Foster growth, accountability, and team motivation.\nBuild and optimize SOPs, best-practice frameworks, and planning and campaign review systems to drive consistent learning and capability building for the team.\nCultivate a culture of data-driven performance, proactive problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.\nOversee the entire Affiliate team’s campaign planning and execution, and provide and guide team members with actionable insights for optimization.\nBudget Management & Optimization\nManage campaign budgets, commission payouts, booking fees, and incentive programs effectively to ensure optimal ROI for brands.\nManage affiliate activities in accordance with brand guidelines and platform policies.\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\nExperienced 3 - 5 years in Influencer Management, Talent Agency, or E-commerce Marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/senior capacity.\nProven ability to build and manage partnerships with creators/ KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate marketing networks.\nStrong understanding of affiliate activities on e-Commerce and social platforms, MCN, and creator/KOL operations. \nProven success in managing teams and building team capacity.
