This role combines client management, project coordination, timeline management, and content strategy to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently while creating engaging, performance-driven content. You will act as the key link between clients and internal teams, translating business objectives into clear project briefs, actionable content strategies, and effective short-form video plans.\nAs a Content Project Management Executive, you will take charge of:\nClient Briefing & Requirement Gathering: Communicate directly with clients to gather, clarify, and analyze their requirements, budgets, and goals to establish clear project objectives.\nInternal Liaison & Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, accurately translating briefs, aligning expectations, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion.\nProject & Timeline Management: Develop project plans, monitor execution progress, and manage timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth project delivery.\nNegotiation & Problem Solving: Handle negotiations regarding pricing, scopes, or special terms, and proactively resolve immediate issues or manage client feedback and revisions.\nPresentation & Reporting: Present concepts, creative deliverables, and progress reports to clients, while providing regular campaign or project outcome summaries.\nClient Relationship & Business Growth: Nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities, while actively identifying potential new business prospects.\nDevelop short-form video strategies aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion).\nCreate content pillars and angle frameworks per brand.\nTranslate campaign briefs into scalable short video playbooks\nWork closely with: Video editors (execution quality), Producers (shoot planning), Affiliate team (conversion hooks), Livestream team (video-to-live strategy)\nCraft engaging, on-brand captions that support video narratives and highlight key eCommerce hooks\nConduct trendspotting and competitor benchmarking to identify creative opportunities and shape content strategy.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with video editors and strategists to ensure messaging is cohesive and effective.\nPresent ideas confidently-both in writing and verbally-in team brainstorms and reviews.\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\n4-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in managing content projects, production timelines, and deliverables.
