By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital and social commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end-to-end.\nThe part you will play\nAs a IT Support Engineer, you will be involved in\nResolving IT support requests from employees in person, email, chat tools or over the phone.\nInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners\nRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary.\nMonitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems and networks.\nSetting up accounts for new users\nIT training support for Onboarding and do check list for Offboarding.\nLogging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.\nManaging, procurement planning IT assets/equipment and updating Asset inventory.\nCoordinate with the SEA IT service team for testing new technology and rolling out new updates.\nResponsibility in contacting Apple/Lenovo authorized service centres.\nWilling to support overseas users\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\nExperience supporting both Windows and Mac OS operating systems\nExperience setting up a basic local network, VLAN, VPN.\nFamiliarity with Technologies such as Google Workplace, Lenovo/Apple hardware, Sophos Endpoint security, Microsoft 365 Office apps, OpenVPN client, Slack, Zoom, Odoo helpdesk.\nExperience delivering IT support to senior members of staff within a large-scale organization.\nConversational English\nBenefits\nWe also offer\nBest of Both Worlds\nWe are a scale-up with the sophistication of a small multinational and the agility of a start-up.
