By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital and social commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end-to-end.\nThe team you will be part of\nAs a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Indonesia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.\nAs a Junior Key Account Manager, you will take charge of\nGrow account NMV and revenue\nBuild strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts \nDeliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands\nDevelop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals \nManage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat) \nEnsure all brand / store KPIs are met\nSupport the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.\nResponsible for product listings and pricing submission.\nAssist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\nQualifications:\nMin 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor\nCommercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment\nStrong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills\nAbility to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans\nExperience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans\nAnalytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions\nProject management experience\nGood Excel and PowerPoint skills\nBenefits\nIn return, you will be getting\nYou will work with our portfolio of leading international brands, delivering engaging livestreams and video content to the highest standards.
