He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.\nAs an Operations Executive, you will take charge of\nOversee the processing of customer returns\nReview current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools\nHandle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary\nLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.\nAssist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries\nAnalyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.\nAnalyze the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements to grow business.\nEvaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.\nEvaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.\nManage returns and refunds from various customers and ensure that SOP are being followed.\nMonitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.\nOptimize use of allocated resources within business activities.\nPlan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.\nSupport development of sales proposals or tender documents.\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\nWith at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations\nKnowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.\nGood in data management\nMust be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook.\nStrong organizational skills with an analytical mind\nStrong time management skills.\nIn return, you will be getting\nOperations in e-commerce is an incredibly dynamic field-marked by rapid replenishment cycles, tight fulfilment timelines, and major demand spikes during campaigns.
