As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.\nThe part you will play\nWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives.\nAs an Senior Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of\nManage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on Shopee & TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.\nBuild a strategic plan on how to optimize and leverage affiliate business in Shopee & TikTok Shop.\nIdentify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.\nDevelop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level affiliate strategies based on brand objectives, market trends, and performance data.\nAnalyze GMV, traffic, conversion, creator activation, commission structure, SKU performance, and campaign efficiency.\nTranslate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable growth plans.\nPrepare client reports, performance dashboards, business reviews, and campaign recaps.\nIdentify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and commercial risks across each account.\nRecommend the right creator mix, product focus, commission mechanics, campaign structure, and promotional strategy.\nWork closely with Affiliate Operations, Creator Management, Category Managers, and platform partners to ensure effective execution.\nSupport commercial planning, including scope definition, pricing, resource requirements, profitability, and upselling opportunities.\nTrack deliverables, timelines, budgets, and agreed KPIs to ensure client expectations are met.\nStay updated on TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, creator trends, competitor activities, and platform developments.\nWhat we are looking for - the ideal profile\n3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or social commerce.\nStrong client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead performance and strategic discussions.\nStrong analytical ability and confidence working with commercial and performance data.\nAble to build logical, structured strategies and convert insights into practical action plans.\nGood understanding of affiliate metrics, including GMV, traffic, CTR, CVR, AOV, creator activation, commission, and ROI.\nStrong reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; dashboard experience is an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.\nStrong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.\nExperience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate platforms, or social-commerce tools is preferred.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.\nAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nIn return, you will be getting\nYou will work with our portfolio of leading international brands, delivering engaging livestreams and video content to the highest standards.
