team, ensuring high levels of service delivery.\n\n Manage all server, storage, backup, networking, and cloud infrastructure.\n\n Oversee user management, permissions, access control, and identity management.\n\n Design, implement, and maintain secure VPN connectivity solutions.\n\n Manage hosting environments and infrastructure performance.\n\n Ensure successful execution of backup and disaster recovery strategies.\n\n Drive cyber security initiatives, including vulnerability management, incident response, and security best practices.\n\n Maintain and improve network security, firewall management, and infrastructure resilience.\n\n Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers.\n\n Mentor, coach, and develop technical team members.\n\n Ensure infrastructure Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n Minimum 10 years' experience within an IT environment.\n\n Minimum 3 years' experience managing and leading technical teams.\n\n Proven experience working as a Level 3 Infrastructure Engineer.\n\n Strong Cyber Security experience within enterprise environments.\n\n Extensive experience managing hosting environments, VPNs, user administration, server infrastructure, and backup solutions.\n\n Experience managing and supporting complex Microsoft server environments.\n\n Strong understanding of networking, security, and systems
