This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.\nCONSTRUCTION QC MANAGERDETAILS: Intrinsic Development is seeking a Quality Control Manager to help ensure our construction projects are delivered to the high standards we expect for our communities. This is a hands-on, field-focused position responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control processes throughout construction. The Quality Control Manager will regularly visit active job sites, inspect workmanship and materials, identify deficiencies, and work directly with project teams, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure issues are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. This role is particularly important in maintaining consistency and quality across our multifamily and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, understands how projects are actually built in the field, and has the confidence to identify problems, communicate expectations clearly, and hold project partners accountable for correcting deficiencies.\nCONSTRUCTION QC MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct regular inspections of active construction projects to evaluate workmanship, materials, installation, and overall quality.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards across projects.\nReview construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and applicable building codes to identify quality requirements and potential issues.\nIdentify construction deficiencies, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams and subcontractors.\nMonitor the quality and installation of materials to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project standards.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Site Supervisors, General Contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to resolve quality concerns.\nFollow up on identified deficiencies to ensure corrective work is completed properly and within expected timelines.\nAssist project teams in identifying potential quality issues before they become costly rework or schedule problems.\nMaintain organized documentation of inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions, and project quality records.\nReview project progress and construction details with a critical eye, identifying areas where workmanship or execution does not meet expectations.\nHelp establish consistent quality expectations and best practices across multiple projects and project teams.\nProvide feedback and guidance to construction partners regarding quality standards and expectations.\nSupport project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, and resolution of outstanding deficiencies.\nAssist with developing and improving quality control processes as Intrinsic's construction portfolio continues to grow.\nTravel regularly to active job sites as needed.\nCONSTRUCTION QC MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of experience in construction, quality control, construction management, field supervision, or a related role.\nExperience with multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects strongly preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred;
