This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.\nARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ASSOCIATE POSITION; We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Design Associate with a strong focus on mixed-use, commercial, and multi-family project design. In this role, you will contribute to concept planning, design development, and rendering preparation, while collaborating with the project team through all phases of design and construction.\nARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop 2D and 3D presentations and early design studies of site plans, floor plans and exteriors for project team review.\nField measure existing building spaces in order to prepare as-built floor plans.\nInterpret and translate design intent into technical documents\nCoordinate with manager the architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to determine a graphically representation of the building plans.\nAssemble design/construction standard details with direction from manager in order to develop project booklets. \nARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:\nREQUIRED;
