We are looking for passionate, innovative, results-oriented specialist with heart-deep commitment to success to be a part of our international company.\nYou will work as part of a dedicated development team, contributing to the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable applications that support essential public services.\nThe position is offered with relocation to Oman.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, develop, and optimize Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL code.\n\nImplement REST API integrations and connect applications with enterprise, government, and AI services.\n\nDevelop APEX reports, interactive grids, workflows, and bilingual/RTL interfaces.\n\nEnsure application security, performance, and code quality.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust-have\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in Oracle development.\n\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, including recent experience with APEX 22.x or later.\n\nStrong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, triggers, bulk processing, dynamic SQL, and performance tuning.\n\nProven experience designing and integrating ORDS and REST APIs.\n\nStrong knowledge of Oracle APEX security, including authentication, authorization, Active Directory, and SSO.\n\nAt least one valid Oracle certification in Oracle APEX or Oracle PL/SQL is required.\n\nExperience delivering enterprise-grade Oracle APEX solutions in a corporate environment.\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience developing bilingual and RTL applications.\n\nExperience with external API integrations and, ideally, AI service integration.\n\nKnowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.\n\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time employment;\n\nOn-site work in Oman (Muscat);\n\nRelocation package;\n\nCompetitive salary;\n\nOnline English courses;\n\nBudget for learning.\n\nThink you could be a great fit?
