We're just getting started.\nWe are now opening our first office in Asia-Pacific, in Hong Kong. Our APAC client base of\nquantitative funds, trading firms and sell-side institutions across Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore\nhas grown to the point where it needs specialist support during its own market hours rather than from\nLondon. This hire is a founding member of that presence. You will be backed by the full weight of our\nLondon headquarters in Canary Wharf: our research, engineering, product and commercial teams,\nestablished processes and a client book that already spans the region. In other words, start-up\nownership and visibility with the backing of an established, well-capitalised business behind you.\nThe Role\nYou will join as a Product Specialist, the person who sits at the centre of how Intropic's proprietary\nequity rebalance datasets, including Passive Fund Intelligence (PFI) and Index Intelligence, are\ndelivered to institutional clients in APAC. Product Specialists at Intropic own the technical delivery\nand the relationship: onboarding and implementing new client teams, fielding detailed\nindex-methodology and integration questions in real time, and making sure every client is getting the\nmost out of their subscription.\nThis is a role with a clear path. As you build deep product knowledge and your own client\nrelationships, you will grow into an Account Manager for the region, taking commercial ownership of\nrenewals, expansion and new business across APAC.
