We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner.\nThe Role\nThis is a broad HR Business Partner role, spanning the entire employee lifecycle. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys creating impact and making things happen.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead and continuously improve core People processes, including performance management, salary review, engagement and talent development.\nCoach leaders in building high-performing teams, developing leadership capabilities and navigating complex people matters.\nFacilitate organizational change and restructuring, including employee relations, labour law matters and union dialogue where relevant.\nLead talent acquisition for relevant positions, from defining role requirements and sourcing strategies to candidate selection and a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.\nCollaborate closely with the Swedish HR team and Group HR functions to deliver Intrum's People agenda and continuously improve how we work.\nEnsure employee records are accurately maintained and kept up to date in the HR system, in line with relevant processes and data quality requirements\nAbout You\nYou are a business-oriented HR professional who enjoys working close to the organization and its leaders. You are analytical and structured, while also comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is defined.\nYou build trust and strong relationships, but you are equally prepared to challenge constructively, bring a clear point of view and influence decisions.\nMost importantly, you have the energy and drive to take topics from discussion and analysis to decisions, execution and measurable impact.\nWe expect that you bring:\n5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience as an HR Business Partner as well as university degree in relative field\nExperience in facilitating organizational change and restructuring, together with a strong understanding of Swedish labour law, collective agreements and market practice.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.\nA data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into relevant business and People insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh integrity, sound judgement, resilience and personal accountability.\nStrong digital capabilities and genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can improve HR, business performance and the employee experience.\nProfessional fluency in Swedish and English\nIt is an advantage if you have experience with:\nDesign Thinking or other employee-centric problem-solving methodologies\nExperience with Workday or other global HR system \nKnowledge management \nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to join Intrum at an important point in our transformation journey and have a direct impact on how our organization, capabilities and ways of working evolve.\nYou will work closely with leaders, gain broad exposure across the business, and have the opportunity to influence.
