If so, this role could be a great fit for you!\nWhat will you do:\nProject Management:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT) to gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday Financial Accounting module in functionalities.\nDesign and configure processes integrating Workday and other solutions to support accounting and reporting processes in the Group.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and system design and process documents.\nAccounting & Finance Integration\nEnsure Workday and other system configurations align with accounting principles and compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).\nSupport integration of Workday with other financial systems (e.g., consolidation and reporting systems).\nValidate financial data flows and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and execute tests and scripts for Workday and other system functionalities.\nPerform system validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshoot issues.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support\nAct as a liaison between finance teams, IT, and external consultants to ensure successful implementation and adoption.\nProvide training and documentation to end-users on Workday and other system functionalities.\nContinuous Improvement & Maintenance\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.\nStay updated on Workday releases and assess impact on existing configurations.\nProvide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.\nExperience in ERP Migration or implementation.\nNice to have:\nSolid understanding and hands-on experience with financial processes and accounting principles.\nA natural curiosity and ability to translate financial and accounting concepts into clear, structured system solutions.\nPrevious experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Manager.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDo you feel that you might be the right person?
