users.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do\nAdminister and maintain Jira environments.\nCreate and manage Jira users, groups and permissions.\nHandle user requests and provide day-to-day Jira support.\nConfigure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screens and related settings.\nCreate and maintain Jira dashboards and reports.\nPrepare and maintain reports based on project and operational data.\nMonitor and manage Jira-related requests and incidents.\nSupport teams with Jira configuration and usage-related queries.\nAssist in the onboarding and management of new Jira users.\nMaintain appropriate documentation for Jira configurations and processes.\nCollaborate with IT and Business teams to understand and address Jira-related requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve Jira processes, reporting and user experience.\nRole Requirements\nBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent field.\n2+ years of experience in Jira administration or a similar IT support / systems administration role.\nHands-on experience with Jira administration and configuration.\nExperience with Jira dashboards, filters and reporting.\nExperience in user, group and permission management.\nGood understanding of Jira projects, workflows and issue types.\nExperience handling user requests and providing technical support.\nGood understanding of IT service management principles.\nExcellent command of English.\nThe following will be considered as a plus:\nExperience with Confluence administration.\nKnowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM).\nExperience with Jira automation.\nKnowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.\nExperience in a Banking / Financial Services environment.\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools and processes.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer-oriented and service-minded approach.\nAttention to detail and ability to work accurately.\nAbility
