We are committed to ensuring that our applicants and employees are respected, treated fairly and with dignity.\nWhat you’ll do\nProvision of installation, administration, monitoring, and support services for SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) and their supporting infrastructure. The role is responsible for the stable, secure, and high-performing operation of the SAP systems and acts as a liaison between users, functional and ABAP teams, and IT teams. In more detail:\nInstallation of SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) and configuration of system parameters and profiles,\nMonitoring of system performance (CPU, memory, disk usage) and tuning of database and application performance,\nAnalysis of logs and traces (ST22, SM21, ST06, etc.) to investigate incidents,\nManagement of transport requests (STMS) and ensuring the proper movement of changes across DEV, QA, and PROD, including oversight of CHARM processes,\nClient administration, including creation, copy, deletion, export, and import of SAP clients,\nSystem copies and refreshes of QA/sandbox environments with production data,\nUser and security administration, including management of user accounts (SU01), roles and authorizations (PFCG), authorization checks, and security logs,\nImplementation of password policies and user lockout rules, and management of certificates, SSO, OAuth, and authentication,\nApplication of SAP Notes and Support Packages (SPAM/SAINT), and updates of SAP kernel and database patches,\nPrinting system and spool administration,\nScheduling and monitoring of backups, and execution of system restores and disaster recovery tests,\nManagement of SAP messages, OSS connections, and ECS communication,\nMonitoring and maintenance of SAP-supported databases, including tuning and housekeeping,\nResolution of user issues and incidents, and guidance on SAP usage and best practices,\nCreation of user manuals and training material, and training sessions for end users and key users,\nCollaboration with ABAP developers and functional consultants, and support of testing and deployment of new functionalities,\nUse of SAP Solution Manager and third-party monitoring tools, and weekly analysis of EWA reports,\nPreparation for internal and external audits, and compliance with IT and data security policies,\nSetup and management of SAP Cloud Connectors (SCC), establishment and maintenance of BTP structures, and planning of entitlements and quotas for subaccounts.\nRequirements\nMandatory\nDiploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nAt least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration\nHands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA system administration\nExperience in transport management (STMS), client administration, and system copies\nKnowledge of SAP security and user administration (SU01, PFCG)\nExperience in applying SAP Notes, Support Packages, and kernel updates\nExperience in monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting (ST22, SM21, ST06, etc.)\nKnowledge of SAP-supported databases and operating systems\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business users\nWillingness to work in new fields and develop new skills\nEligibility to work within the EU\nFluency in Greek and English\nNice to have\nExperience with SAP Solution Manager and CHARM\nExperience with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector\nExperience with SAP BW\nKnowledge of SSO, certificate management, and OAuth\nExperience in backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures\nExperience in large enterprise or industrial environments\nSAP Basis or SAP HANA certification\nSoft skills\nDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility\nExcellent analytical abilities and collaboration skills\nCapacity to learn, adapt, communicate effectively, and organize tasks efficiently\nCommitment to customer satisfaction\nFocus on delivering high-quality results\nBenefits\nAttractive salary package\nHealth Insurance Coverage\nMeal Vouchers -
