Onboarding:\nManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.\nCoordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.\nMaintain and update employee records and HR databases.\nPayroll & Compliance:\nProcess payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.\nHandle employee benefits, tax deductions, and reimbursements.\nAssist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.\nEmployee Relations & Performance Management:\nAddress employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.\nAssist in conducting performance appraisals and tracking employee progress.\nSupport the implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.\nTraining & Development:\nIdentify training needs and assist in organizing employee development programs.\nMaintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.\nAttendance, Leave & Exit Formalities:\nManage attendance, leave tracking, and absenteeism reports.\nOversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling full & final settlements.\nHR Reports & Documentation:\nPrepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee performance.\nRequirements\nKey Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n8 to 15 years of proven experience in HR functions, especially in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.\nExcellent communication,
