To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.\nQualifications\nPhD/MS in Engineering Mathematics, Statistics, Theoretical/Computational Physics, or related field\nSolid knowledge of statistical techniques\n3+ years as either a lead in a AI science role or in a management position in AI science\nStrong communication skills and proven experience as an influencer at the executive level\nHands-on programming experience and expert knowledge in one or more of: ML, NLP, Statistics, or Optimization\n6+ years’ experience manipulating large datasets and using databases (e.g. R, SQL, S-Plus, etc.)\n6+ years’ experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python, Scala, etc.)\nExpert knowledge and hands-on experience with ML pipelines, processes, and design patterns\nProven track record of influencing business leaders to shape mission critical projects \nProven track record of leading team to successful delivery of ML solutions\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively contribute to technical teams and make presentations to a variety of technical and business personnel\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
