As such we are seeking someone living within a commutable distance of Mountain View OR someone open to relocation.\n Intuit's Corporate Strategy and Development team (CS&D) works on highly visible acquisition and strategy initiatives. The team is focused on identifying, evaluating and executing on opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence for Intuit and its portfolio of businesses. We collaborate closely with the senior executive team to define and execute both the company’s overall inorganic strategy as well as strategies for specific business lines. Our team gets significant exposure to senior leaders across the company, a high degree of responsibility and career progression, and the opportunity to drive sustained impact on projects that are critical to Intuit’s future.\n We are looking for creative problem solvers and strategic thinkers to join our team as a Principal of M&A Integration & Acceleration. In this role, you will independently own and drive strategic acquisitions from end-to-end, including shaping the integration strategy, leading integration planning and execution, and partnering closely with deal, business, and functional leaders to drive value realization from M&A.\nResponsibilities\nIndependently lead the end-to-end integration process for complex, high-stakes acquisitions, including:\n\nDefine the integration strategy to achieve business objectives and realize deal value \nDevelop holistic integration plans and drive day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams\nProactively identify and resolve complex, cross-functional integration risks and issues\nEstablish deal success metrics and scorecards to track and report on integration performance\nPrepare integration status reports and management briefings for senior executives\nLead post-mortem processes to capture end-to-end deal learnings and best practices\nPartner with stakeholders across the business unit, functional groups, and acquired company leadership\n\nServe as a senior member of the core deal team, driving deal-related decisions and milestones and shaping business case development, due diligence, and other transactional matters\nAct as a trusted advisor to business unit and functional leaders on integration strategy and risk\nStay abreast of Intuit's priorities and exemplify culture to effectively support acquired companies through the integration\nDrive continuous improvement of Intuit's M&A integration capability through process improvement, performance measurement, and team development\nLead strategic and growth initiatives on an as-needed basis\nQualifications\nBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or equivalent experience a plus\n7+ years of overall M&A, strategy and/or business operations experience, with at least 3 years of direct M&A integration experience\nDemonstrated experience independently leading complex integrations from planning through value realization\nStrong business acumen and proven track record of proactively solving complex, cross-functional issues\nDirect experience owning and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across various business groups and functions\nSuperior written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills\nStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders\nExceptional program management skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work well under deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities\nWillingness to travel as needed (expected to be < 10%)\nCommitted to Intuit's values and championing diversity, inclusion, and a respectful environment\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
