Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges.\nResponsibilities\nAnticipate challenges that need fundamentally new solutions and shape Intuit's long-term technical direction\n\nDesign scalable, resilient, and adaptive systems that unlock innovation, velocity, and value\n\nRecognize where AI applies within complex systems and lead the conversion of existing systems to AI-native architectures\n\nMake tradeoffs across AI techniques and algorithm choices to ship reliable, production-grade software\n\nIdentify, champion, and integrate industry-leading or new technologies that create competitive advantage\n\nSet engineering standards for quality, security, and maintainability that others adopt\n\nAlign stakeholders across teams and business units; drive execution and unblock delivery\n\nCoach technical leaders; advise senior leadership on team structure and engineering practices\n\nQualifications\n12+ years developing systems and software for large scale business environments\n\n8+ years designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications\n\nHands-on experience integrating AI into production software, ideally driving AI projects standalone with commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows.\n\nExperience modernizing systems toward AI-native patterns; experience driving AI architectural decisions across multiple teams a plus\n\nFull-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Bedrock), LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and Python.\n\nDepth in at least one of:\nFront-end: React, Angular, SwiftUI (iOS), Kotlin (Android)\n\nBack-end: Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js\n\nProduction experience in AWS or GCP\n\nBS/MS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred\n\nTrack record of influencing technical strategy across business units and aligning executives\n\nStrong mentor; able to develop technical leaders and shape engineering culture\n\nExcellent communicator; makes decisive technical calls in ambiguity\n\nDrives results across cross-functional, globally distributed teams\n\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
