The ideal candidate will also have a passion for operationalizing data-driven insights into action through influencing the velocity and quality of learnings, while demonstrating a problem-solving and extreme ownership mindset.\nResponsibilities\nInfluence strategic business decisions and operational decisions by conducting customer segmentation and profiling, product analytics, sales funnel analysis, sales win/loss analysis, voice of customer analysis, etc.\nDevelop and manage key success metrics and leading indicators for providing holistic understanding of how the business is performing and whether each initiative/program is delivering the desired outcomes.\nProactive explore and identify new business opportunities to help business partners to achieve business goals.\nCommunicate data and insights effectively to business partners of all levels including the senior leadership team.\nDevelop ML models and LLM applications to address business problems.\nCollaborate with data scientists and data engineers across different analytics teams to work on cross-functional projects or develop analytics capabilities.\nCoach and develop junior data scientists on the team.\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience working in web, product, customer/care, strategy, sales, marketing, CRM or other related analytics fields. Experience in B2B industry is a plus.\nHighly proficient in SQL, Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau.\nMultiple years of experience in applying advanced analytics techniques such as python, ML models, LLMs, etc., is highly preferred.\nAbility to create analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems with a proven track record.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives.\nOutstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical. Be able to communicate effectively with senior executives.\nMinimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
