We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering resilient and innovative technology solutions.\nResponsibilities\nEndpoint Strategy and Implementation: Lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of Intuit's endpoint management strategy using Infrastructure as a Code, encompassing a wide range of devices and platforms.\nData-Driven Optimization: Leverage endpoint and end-user data, along with AI-driven insights, to accelerate self-healing initiatives and improve future deployments.\nOperational Excellence: Provide expert operational support for Intuit's endpoint management environments (WorkSpace One, Secure Enterprise Browser, AWS Servers infrastructure) and ensure seamless end-user experiences.\nTechnical Leadership: Act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding and supporting colleagues in their technical development and growth.\nCollaboration and Communication: Partner effectively with vendors, application support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.\nContinuous Improvement: Continually apply DevSecOps principles and best practices to enhance quality assurance, product reliability, and operational efficiency.\nIncident Response and Problem Resolution: Participate in application troubleshooting, incident response, and problem resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize disruptions.\nDocumentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation (runbooks, playbooks) and contribute to the team's knowledge base.\nQualifications\nExtensive Endpoint Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in Unified/Autonomous Endpoint Management experience across Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android EMM platforms (WorkSpace One or similar).\nDiverse Platform Expertise: Recent experience with Chrome OS/Google Chrome Browser administration and extensive troubleshooting experience with PC, Mac, and modern mobile devices.\nVirtualization and Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge and experience with virtual machines (AWS Workspaces, Horizon VDI, or Citrix) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).\nCollaboration and Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.\nSelf-Starter and Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAgile and DevOps Practices: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevSecOps principles.\nAutomation and Scripting: Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and management tasks. Prior experience with implementing Infrastructure as a Code using GitOps is a plus.\nSecurity Focus: Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and technologies (antivirus, malware, MFA).\nIndustry Certifications: ITIL, AWS, VMware certifications are a plus.\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
