If you are passionate about solving complex customer problems at scale and energized by the challenge of making large, diverse teams work as one, we would love to have you on our team.\nResponsibilities\nPortfolio & Strategic Leadership\nPartner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock program teams and guide delivery across a broad and complex program portfolio.\nConnect the dots across various programs to simplify the “why, what, and how” for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nInfluence prioritization and tradeoff discussions across Product and Engineering leaders to ensure teams focus on the highest-impact work.\nLeverage AI tools and data insights to streamline program operations and accelerate execution velocity\nCross-Domain Execution & Dependency Leadership\nLead cross-team dependency forums across engineering domains, driving horizontal alignment across Mid Market PD teams and partners.\nDefine and implement program frameworks and consistent operating cadences to ensure teams deliver with velocity and ease.\nIdentify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, architectural misalignment, and execution bottlenecks - driving data-informed decisions to resolution.\nDrive cross-functional execution across multiple scrum teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, roles, and outcomes.\nRoadmapping & Planning\nPartner with engineering leaders to develop and maintain six-quarter capability roadmaps aligned to product and business strategies.\nEnsure roadmaps clearly articulate technical investments, sequencing, and tradeoffs, and track progress against evolving priorities.\nTranslate business and platform strategy into clear program goals, milestones, and measurable success metrics.\nDefine and implement repeatable frameworks and processes that improve delivery speed, quality, and scalability across programs.\nStakeholder Communication & Culture\nDrive transparency through clear, actionable communication at all levels - from engineering teams to Senior Leadership.\nBuild trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Operations to lead through change and ambiguity.\nDefine and implement program management best practices; coach and mentor other TPMs to raise the bar across the organization.\nQualifications\nRequired\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, architecture, or related roles.\nProven experience influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong technical depth and the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences.\nDemonstrated success driving complex, multi-domain initiatives with significant dependencies.\nPreferred\nExperience in platform or large-scale enterprise systems.\nExperience supporting/driving Forward Deploy programs\nExperience supporting BI, data platforms, or AI-driven capabilities.\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
