You will act as both a business process strategist and a hands-on automation engineer, ensuring that every automation directly enhances business outcomes, scalability, and customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nEnd-to-End Automation Design & Architecture\nLead the design and deployment of intelligent process automation solutions across Customer Success and adjacent business units.\nArchitect integrated systems connecting CRM, data pipelines, APIs, and AI services using AWS infrastructure, Jenkins, and microservice (MSAAS) environments.\nTranslate business requirements into solution blueprints and software design documentation that define data flow, integration points, and automation logic.\nOversee solution design from conceptualization to production, ensuring alignment with the company's automation strategy and governance frameworks.\nAI and Agentic Systems Development\nBuild, train, and validate functional models - both classical ML (classification, regression, ranking) and LLM-based (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG) - not just orchestration layers on top of third-party APIs.\nBuild Agentic AI capabilities that can autonomously perform business processes or support human decision-making.\nDesign and implement LLM-based interfaces and workflows for process orchestration, text understanding, and automation triggering.\nPrototype, evaluate, and deploy new AI/ML and natural language processing solutions, ensuring measurable business value and compliance with data governance standards.\nTechnical Implementation & Integration\nDevelop, test, and deploy Python-based automation frameworks, scripts, and microservices for workflow optimization.\nImplement robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS tools for automated deployment and version control of process automations.\nEnsure automations are secure, compliant, and scalable, leveraging AWS security frameworks and best practices.\nBusiness Partnership and Ownership\nCollaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and data engineers to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics.\nAct as a translator between business needs and technical execution, ensuring every automation aligns with key performance indicators (CSAT, efficiency, ROI).\nExhibit strong ownership and accountability - from ideation through implementation and performance monitoring.\nContinuous Innovation & Enablement\nContribute directly to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across automation initiatives.\nEvaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities relevant to intelligent process automation.\nLead proof-of-concepts and pilot programs for cutting-edge automation use cases.\nMentor peers and contribute to the center of excellence for automation design, governance, and best practices.\nQualifications\nTechnical Skills\nDemonstrated hands-on experience building, training, and deploying functional models across both classical ML and LLM-based approaches - this is weighted more heavily than API integration or orchestration experience alone.\nStrong programming experience in Python (required); experience with JavaScript, Go, or similar languages a plus.\nExperience in process automation, process mining, data pipelines, and system integrations using APIs and cloud-native tools.\nExpertise building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems that interact with APIs, data, and end-users - beyond simply calling third-party LLM APIs.\nProficiency in AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, CloudFormation, etc.).\nExperience with Jenkins, microservices, and MSAAS architectures.\nUnderstanding of event-driven automation, and data governance/security principles.\nBusiness & Leadership Skills\nProven ability to design solutions that blend technical feasibility with business impact.\nStrong business acumen and understanding of operational processes, metrics, and automation ROI.\nSkilled communicator - able to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and influence in cross-functional environments.\nExperience in driving process transformation initiatives across large-scale organizations.\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to contact center, CRM, or customer service technologies.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
