That connectivity layer is what you'll own.\nWe're looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead bank connectivity and financial-institution data quality across Intuit's aggregation platform. You'll own how reliably connections hold up, how clean the data is when it lands, and how it feels for the millions of customers who link an account. As banks migrate APIs and shift to open-banking standards, you'll keep Intuit ahead of those changes instead of reacting to them.\nThis is a platform role for someone who thinks in systems, is fluent enough in APIs and data to earn engineering's trust, and can turn a partner-dependent problem space into a clear roadmap.\nAt Intuit, we're intentionally building AI into how we define, build, and ship products - and we're committed to equipping our teams to work at the forefront of it. We're looking for PMs who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the strategy and roadmap for bank connection durability and data quality, measured in connection success, uptime, and completeness.\nBuild product experiences that make AI-powered features intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy for a diverse range of customers - and bring a clear point of view on where AI genuinely helps vs. where it creates risk.\nLead bank API migrations and standards transitions (open banking, OAuth, FDX), getting ahead of institution changes so connections don't break.\nDefine what 'high-quality data' means per use case (payment verification, cash-flow underwriting, reconciliation, identity) and drive the platform to deliver it.\nImprove the account-linking and reconnection experience to reduce customer friction.\nPartner directly with banks, aggregators, and industry bodies on secure, high-scale integrations.\nDiagnose connection and data-quality failures at the root and resolve them with partners before they reach customers.\nIdentify where AI can raise data quality, automate error recovery, and cut manual maintenance.\nWrite the narratives and decision docs that align engineers to SVPs on connectivity strategy.\nQualifications\n7+ years in product management, including platform, infrastructure, or data products at scale.\nDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your product management workflow to improve quality, speed, or depth.\nStrong fluency in APIs, data standards, and platform design, enough to go deep with engineering and partners unaided.\nTrack record of shipping platform or integration capabilities across teams, with measurable impact on reliability or quality.\nProven ability to build and manage external partnerships (financial institutions, data providers, standards bodies).\nDomain experience in financial data, banking connectivity, open banking, or payments strongly preferred.\nAI fluency shown through prototyped or shipped capabilities, not just familiarity.\nData-driven operator who moves the metrics behind ecosystem health and data quality.\nCommunicator who influences senior leadership and rallies teams without relying on hierarchy.\nUndergraduate degree required; CS or related field preferred; MBA or equivalent a plus.\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
