In this role, you will define the technology strategy, evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and drive the implementation of scalable solutions that integrate various MarTech, Intuit, and vendor technologies to solve business needs. This position will be in India but would require the person to work with Product management and stakeholders in the US.\nResponsibilities\nSuccessful delivery of high quality web or mobile software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)\nRoughly 80-95% hands-on coding\nContribute to early quality activities, including peer reviews of estimates, designs and code\nResolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches\nPartner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments\nWork cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results\nCommitment to team success and positive team dynamics\nPassion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers\nExperience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies\nQualifications\nBS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience\n7+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications\nSolid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application\nExperience with any of the following Object Oriented Languages (OOD): Java/J2EE, JS/CSS, GraphQL, AWS, Oracledb or MYSQL\nAn understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nAn understanding and preferable experience with web services (REST or SOAP)\nAn understanding of unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)\nProven AI proficiency encompassing the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems at scale\n'Self-starter'' attitude and ability to make decisions independently\nHelpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems\nStrong desire to learn and grow\nExcellent problem solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nOutstanding partnership skills\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
