We are looking for a technical leader with profound expertise in Kubernetes (specifically Amazon EKS), Golang, and AWS to drive major capabilities and ensure operational excellence in high-impact projects.\nResponsibilities\nLead the architecture and implementation efforts of multiple capabilities or sections within our AI native Kubernetes platform.\n\nServe as a technical leader and domain expert across multiple teams.\n\nDrive and guide innovative work that may include the development of new-to-the-world technology solutions.\n\nInfluence technology and product direction through detailed technical documents and RCA’s.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, share, and address risks impacting our business.\n\nDrive customer-focused design and development with a deep understanding of customer pains and needs.\n\nAdvocate and lead by example to encourage contributions to codebases and innovations across Intuit.\n\nMentor and assess engineers to foster a talented and inclusive technical team.\n\nQualifications\n8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.\n\nConsiderable expertise in Kubernetes, especially with Amazon EKS, including operator patterns, Kubernetes clients, controllers, shared informers, and caching mechanisms.\n\nProficiency in Golang and extensive experience with AWS.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead multiple scrum teams (10 to 35 engineers).\n\nExperience in leading technical design, architecture, and code reviews.\n\nStrong ability to simplify technical designs and operations to enhance team understanding and performance.\n\nProven track record of operational excellence and ability to innovate and simplify processes and designs.\n\nDeep commitment to improving and expanding the skills and knowledge of your team.\n\nIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
