You'll work hands-on with React, Node.js, Python, and Java, using AI-powered development tools like Windsurf and Claude to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and tackle complex implementation challenges. This role suits someone who is both a strong engineer and an early adopter of AI-assisted workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy custom full-stack applications end-to-end, from requirements gathering through production support.\nBuild responsive, performant front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\nDevelop scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, and Java.\nLeverage AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude) for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, and documentation.\nIntegrate with databases, third-party APIs, and internal systems.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers throughout the SDLC.\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code with appropriate documentation.\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.\nTroubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production environments.\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.\nStrong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\nHands-on experience building back-end services in at least two of: Node.js, Python, Java.\nSolid understanding of REST API design; experience consuming and building APIs.\nWorking knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).\nPractical experience using AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day development, including effective prompting and validating AI-generated code.\nProficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.\nFamiliarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on full features.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExposure to frameworks such as Next.js, Express/Nest.js, FastAPI/Django, or Spring Boot.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience integrating LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into production applications.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic workflows.\nKnowledge of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).\nExperience with message queues, caching layers, or event-driven architectures.\nExposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest, JUnit) and TDD practices.\nBackground in agile/scrum environments.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
