The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platform solutions while partnering with cross-functional business and IT teams.\nThis role requires a strategic technology leader who can define scalable architecture, lead implementation teams, drive best practices, and deliver innovative field service capabilities that improve customer experience, technician productivity, service efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of multiple Salesforce Field Service implementation projects.\nPartner with business stakeholders across service operations, customer support, logistics teams to define scalable service solutions.\nDesign enterprise-grade Salesforce Field Service solutions including:Work Orders\nService Appointments\nScheduling & Dispatch\nResource Management\nMobile Solutions\nInventory Management\nEntitlements & Service Contracts\nKnowledge Management\nPreventive Maintenance\nInstalled Base / Asset Management\n\nDefine scalable architecture patterns and integration strategies with SAP\nLead discovery workshops, solution blueprinting, architecture reviews, and technical governance.\nProvide hands-on leadership in Salesforce configuration, customization, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.\nGuide development teams on Apex, Lightning components, APIs, integration frameworks, and DevOps best practices.\nEstablish field service KPIs, reporting, and analytics dashboards to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nDrive compliance and validation considerations for regulated medical device environments.\nCollaborate with program managers, business analysts, QA teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.\nMentor architects, developers, and administrators while promoting Salesforce best practices and scalable solution design.\nSupport roadmap planning, effort estimation, and executive-level presentations.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.\nProven experience leading multiple large-scale Field Service transformation programs.\nStrong expertise in:Salesforce Field Service (FSL)\nService Cloud\nSalesforce Platform Architecture\nMobile Field Service Solutions\n\nExperience working in the medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated manufacturing industry.\nStrong understanding of service lifecycle management and field operations.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.\nStrong knowledge of:Flow Automation\nData migration strategies\n\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps processes.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications such as:Salesforce Certified System Architect\nSalesforce Application Architect\nSalesforce Field Service Consultant\nService Cloud Consultant\nIntegration Architect\nAI/Agentforce capabilities\n\nKnowledge of FDA-regulated environments and compliance processes.\n Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
