They collaborate with team members, the area Lead, and the supervisor to reach performance goals. Quarterly targets are established in Efficiency, DPU, Hours Reporting Accuracy, Scrap, Inventory Accuracy, and Time Lost Accuracy for team evaluation.\nEssential Job Duties\nAssemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and prints.\nOperate and set up (as needed), production equipment/fixtures.\nBecome proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety and productivity.\nPerform preparation work such as line clearance and changeover.\nPerform inspection of own and other’s work.\nPerform simple repairs on own or other’s work.\nMentor others in areas of expertise (as needed).\nComplete manufacturing documentation correctly.\nRequest materials, report quality and efficiency issues, and record measurements.\nInput work order details into computer if needed.\nMaintain the accuracy of identification and count of point-of-use materials.\nAccurately establish and report material shortages.\nFollow all corporate, regulatory, safety and production policies and procedures.\nMaintain an excellent attendance record.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n Required Skills and Experience\nLanguage Skills:Can read and write in English.\nComprehend instructions, short messages, and memos. Write simple letters.\nPresent information to others effectively.\n\nMath Skills:Add, subtract decimals, multiply, divide.
