Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance training programs and support customer training, engineering, and training research initiatives, helping to advance clinical and educational excellence.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nConduct da Vinci® and Ion training programs for surgeons, physicians, and their care teams at designated training centers and remote centers.\nLead and support specialized training programs and society events.\nAct as subject matter expert for internal projects, as needed.\nSupports new product development initiatives through the creation and enhancement of training materials, protocol development, and training research activities\nCollaborates with the Training team to continuously enhance and evolve training programs, bringing creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.\nTrain the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products.\nOccasional support of the da Vinci® System in a hospital operating room.\nSupport da Vinci® Surgical System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center.\nManage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars.\nMaintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and accessories.\nAct as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, after appropriate training, as per legal requirement and provide guidance, insight, and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.\nMaintaining competency and currency on technology training protocol following the onboarding program guidelines, and annual competency check.\n Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent clinical or medical experience required.\nProfessional training experience and medical device industry is preferred.\nClinical and/or operating room experience is preferred.\nHigh capacity and excellent problem-solving skills.\nProfessional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills.\nFlexibility to accommodate varying training schedules and business needs.\nExcellent communication skills in English and German is required.\nUp to 20% travel.\n Wir schätzen jede Person in ihrer Individualität - unabhängig von Geschlecht, ethnischer oder sozialer Herkunft, Religion, besonderen Bedürfnissen, Alter oder sexueller Identität.
