Equipment technicians may have to work in different areas, such as\nelectrical, mechanical, or computer engineering.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nApply experience and knowledge to the optimization\nof equipment to achieve better maintainability,\nreliability, and availability of equipment.\nPerform installation, repair, and upkeep services for a variety of\nequipment either in the fields of mechanics and electronics.\nCarry out routine scheduled equipment service and\nresponding to equipment faults.\nDiagnose breakdown problems.\nWork along with Equipment engineers to fit, design and integrate new\nequipment/component and make sure equipment is working correctly.\nSeek for better and more suitable technologies for improving production processes.\nHelp equipment engineers in performing IQOQPQ for equipment being\ninstalled in the facilities.\nPerform quality inspection on equipment service jobs.\nControl equipment service tools as well as costs.\nDeal with emergency/unscheduled problems and repairs of equipment.\nEnsuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in\ncase of breakdowns\nPerform other duties as required.\n Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:\nTechnical certificate in Technical Electronics, Mechanics or similar.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEnglish 50% read, written, and spoken.\nAble to work 12 hours night shift (4x3)\nAble to work at Intuitive in Nelson Industrial Park and Carranza\nMachining experience a plus.\nDemonstrated mechanical and electronics aptitude.\nDemonstrated experience in troubleshooting electronic/mechanical\nequipment.\nBlueprint reading and interpretation is a must.\nKnowledge and experience in use of special mechanical,\nelectronics and measuring equipment.\nPLC programming, vision systems experience preferable.\nCAD proficiency preferable\nExperience with Microsoft Office Programs\nIntuitive es un empleador que brinda igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
