The HRBL will support teams to resolve complex\nissues and tasks, not handled by the People Services team because a greater level of care and\nsupport are needed. The HRBL will utilize HR expertise plus geo/BU/ function-specific\nknowledge to solve talent-related problems, support leaders with recurring HR programs, and\nsupport special initiatives across the business.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nIn collaboration with managers, build a positive employee environment that emphasizes\nIntuitive’s culture, core values, and individual and leadership expectations.\nProvide day to day for large groups while providing the right level of support at the right\ntime.\nActively partner with People Services team to successfully deliver on cyclical processes\nand support business needs.\nAct as a liaison between client groups and the employee relations and people services\nteams to escalate cases, identify areas of opportunity, provide constructive feedback\nand engage in effective solutioning when challenges arise.\nService as connection point to COEs to customize solutions and programs, as needed, to\nmeet business needs.\nAct as project lead for delivery of recurring HR services and core process (e.g., P&C\nprocess, Goal setting).\nDeliver expert coaching and consulting to senior management and employees to drive a\nhigh-performance culture.\nBuild manager capability through coaching and facilitation of various training programs\nto build capability across client groups/regions.\nProvide guidance and coaching on HR & talent programs: merit, performance review,\nperformance improvement, talent planning, talent development, succession planning,\netc.\nEnsure delivery of a sustainable, consistent employee experience that is aligned with the\nHR strategy and employee value proposition. Escalate feedback to People Services\nteams, as needed.\nUnderstand business requests and strategize on the execution of these solutions with\nother HR leaders, as needed, to determine best solution and course of action.\nContinuously monitor performance of HR programs locally and be the voice of business\nwith COEs providing real-time feedback, when needed. Effectively articulate business\nrequirements/needs to services and COE teams.\nParticipate in various HR projects in recruiting, performance management, playbook\ndevelopment, programs and policies development and implementation, etc.\nProactively leverage data and dashboards to assess trends, identify issues, themes and\nframing of data driven solutions for client groups supported.\nActs as local “face of HR” for locations with large employee populations providing\nfeedback and input when necessary and escalating issues, as needed.\nLeverage technology and defined process to deliver services globally.\n Qualifications\nSkills:\nThis position will need to interact and influence all levels of the organization.\nAs the voice of the business, this role will need to be able to influence both COE and\nPeople Service leaders.\nProven ability to build trust and relationships with partners at various levels in the\norganization.\nAbility to exercise discretion, sound judgment, objectivity with the highest professional\nethics, and always maintain confidentiality.\nEffective analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.\nData-driven and able to synthesize key insights\nAbility to simplify complex problems to provide clarity in driving resolution.\nVersatile and action-oriented; ability to manage projects from inception through to\nclosure.\nMust be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner so the message easily\ntranslates across all areas of the organization.\nAbility to create and foster business relationships with leaders and employees across a\nrange of functions and business groups\nInnovative and creative approach to problem solving.\nAccomplished organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding\ntimeline objectives.\nMust have the ability to work at strategic, operational, and tactical levels on a global\nscale.\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust,\ncredibility, and strong, productive relationships.\nExcellent organizational and project/program management skills.\nFamiliarity and comfort in working in a highly matrixed organization.\nAbility to objectively coach employees and managers through complex, difficult, and\nemotional issues.\nHigh change agility.\nExperience, Education, & Training:\n12+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role\n8+ years of experience in an HR and/or COE role - working knowledge required to apply\nCOE interventions\n5+ years of experience working in a global and distributed work environment\nExperience working in a shared service environment, preferred\nExperience with project management\nExperience with organization transformation and integrations\nBachelor’s degree in a business or HR-related field desired\nSHRM certification a plus, not required\nKnowledge of labor and compliance related laws based on geography\nLocally relevant language, as required by geography\n **Please note, this role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office three days per\nweek.\n Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
