The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful-because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.\nIf you’re ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you’ll find your purpose here.\n Primary Function of Position\nSenior IT Quality Control (QC) Analyst will be Responsible for ensuring SOX compliance across IT applications by reviewing change controls, validating testing evidence, supporting ITGC and application control testing, coordinating audit activities, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring all system changes adhere to established SDLC, Change Management, and internal control requirements to safeguard financial reporting integrity. It is a high-visibility role: your review directly protects the systems behind products that improve patient outcomes worldwide.\nEssential Job Duties\nReview change requests for completeness, risk assessment, and testing evidence and approvals.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, SDLC processes, and SOX regulatory requirements\nPartner with Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Release Managers, Security teams, and Process Owners.\nSupport training and awareness initiatives related to SOX controls and quality processes.\nEscalate compliance risks and unresolved control issues to management.\nRecommend corrective and preventive actions to strengthen SOX control effectiveness.\nValidate adherence to Change Management procedures for Normal, Emergency, and Pre-Approved changes.\nEnsure required approvals are obtained before deployment.\nSupport the execution and monitoring of SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls.\nCoordinate with auditors (e.g., Internal Audit, PwC) during control testing and evidence requests.\nPrepare and provide audit evidence, including test results, approvals, change records, and control documentation.\nParticipate in audit walkthroughs and explain testing methodologies and control processes.\nTrack audit observations and corrective action plans through closure.\n Required Skills and Experience\nKnowledge of SOX ITGCs, IT Application Controls (ITACs), and SDLC processes.\nExperience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise systems.\nStrong understanding of Change Management, Release Management, and Testing methodologies.\nExperience supporting external audits and compliance assessments.\nFamiliarity with risk management, defect management, and control testing.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nKnowledge of SDLC SOX compliance and requirements\nExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to work independently and lead testing efforts end-to-end.\nExcellent collaboration skills across business, IT, and external partners.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.\nRequired Education and Training\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field\nWorking Conditions\nNone\nPreferred Skills and Experience \nKnowledge of GxP validated process\nSAP/Any ERP/ Packaged Applications (SFDC) application knowledge\nExperience of a minimum of 8 years in relevant area\n Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
