The scope support includes all computers, printers, cell phones, telecom (VOIP), audio visual, servers, network equipment, operating systems, network access, websites, e-mail, third party software used to support business functions, and various internal corporate supported business applications.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nRespond to requests for IT assistance directly from corporate and mfg users and escalate the complex issues to Tier II or Tier III support.\nBe willing to work flexible hours on occasions when necessary.\nDocument and maintain processes, best practices, knowledge base and training materials.\nManage or participate in various assigned projects as needed.\nEnsure company and departmental goals as defined by management are met completely and on time.\nCommunicate with management to provide timely reporting of issues, status, and resolutions.\nSupport Business Application, Network, Security, Infrastructure, Windows, and Facilities teams to facilitate issue resolution and project completion.\nEnsure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of technology systems and services\nInstall software, troubleshoot issues.\nConduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes\nMust be able to work independently and self-directed, as well as, within a team, following directions and have the ability to prioritize the IT related issues.\n Skill and Job Requirements:\nHighschool degree or equivalent work experience is required\nAt least 2 years experience supporting a Windows operating system computing environment\nMust be available to work a 12-hour night shift\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory services and various business applications desiere.\nExperience working in a shipping or manufacturing environment is a plus\nWorking knowledge with SAP, ServiceNow, Agile, FedEx Ship Manager, OKTA, SAM, are a plus\nWeekend and non-business hours support required as needed\nRelevant certifications such as various MCITP, CompTIA and ITIL are desired\nMust have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written\nShould be flexible and able to complete projects outside normal daily duties as needed\nIntermediate English proficiency\n This position is for a 12-hour night shift.\nIntuitive es un empleador que brinda igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
