Recruiter will collaborate closely with the organization to drive successful hiring processes for current and future job openings for the company. This includes applicant tracking system (ATS) administrative support, candidate phone screening, and a working knowledge of our recruiting process. This professional will be responsible for filtering resumes using databases, conducting web research projects, and calling/prescreening candidates for a variety of positions.\nEssential Job Duties\nPartner with client groups and meet assigned headcount goals.\nCreate ongoing external networking/association/industry relationship with top talent to aid future hiring needs.\nEnsure a diverse slate of available candidates presented to the hiring manager.\nMaintain high candidate touch with focus on candidate experience.\nContact each qualified candidate (Prior to interview) to appropriately screen and set expectations prior to an in-person interview.\nTimely disposition & notification all candidates.\nComplete pre-close with a depth conversation w/candidate re: Total Rewards\nPlan and coordinate the strategy for Assembly technician’s recruitment.\nPublish the open positions of the company through the means and channels of communication authorized.\nAssist in creation of job requisitions by collating required job details from hiring managers.\nAssist in phone screening candidates for position and company fit and conduct reference calls as needed.\nUnderstand job requirements and build candidate pipelines.\nSet expectations and consult with hiring managers regarding the staffing process and responsibilities for entry-level roles.\nProbe to understand key requirements and develop sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow.\nBe an active participant in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Staffing team.\nOutsourcing coordination for temporary workers.\nIdentify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics, resources, and energy.\nScreen candidates for position and company fit.\nDrive timely execution of sourcing and screening process.\nManage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.\nIdentify sources for applicants through networking and internet search.\nInternal and external candidate’s management.\nParticipate in the organization of internal and external employment fairs.\nCoordinate the application of selection tests.\nSchedule interviews for candidate selection.\nSchedule medical exams.\nRequest validation of professional and personal references.\nRequest the required documentation to the candidates for the hiring process.\nPrepare and extend offers for selected candidates.\nTracking of candidates through SmartRecruiters\nContact candidates to schedule new employee orientation course.\n Required Skills and Experience\n0-2 years administrative support experience required, preferably in Human Resources or related area. \nStrong work ethic\nFamiliar with Recruitment, Hiring, and Human Resources processes.\nStrong verbal Communication abilities Spanish/English.\nAbility to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nClear communication skills\nProven ability to work effectively as part of a team\nProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). \nAbility to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong attention to detail with good organization and follow-up skills. \nAbility to work with and maintain confidential information.\nRequired Education and Training\nBachelor’s degree in administrative areas or related field.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nERP, Talent Management or Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.\n This is a TEMP position.\nIntuitive es un empleador que brinda igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
