The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful-because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.\nIf you’re ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you’ll find your purpose here.\n Responsibilities:\nTranslate business requirements into well designed Salesforce solutions that best leverage the platform\nLead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives\nAbility to leverage out-of-the-box Salesforce features vs. custom development for business requirements.\nPartner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for various Business Functions\nEngagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points\nHands-on configuration experience on SFDC Platform\nDrive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT (system administrators and development scrum teams); measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation\nLead UAT business planning, execution, and go live\nPartner with project stakeholders, IT, and System Administrator teams to prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nOverall 10+yrs and 6+ years’ of relevant experience working within the Salesforce platform in a Business Analyst role\nBachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint\nUnderstanding of systems analysis\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAble to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail\nAbility to think proactively and identify solutions to drive business needs\nMust have hands-on configuration experience on SFDC Platform\nDesired Skills/Experience:\nAppExchange packages is preferred\nSystems Analyst or Consulting experience preferred\nProcess workflows experience.\nBusiness analysis experience.\n Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
