Together, let’s advance the world of minimally invasive care.\n Primary Function of Position:\nThe Service & Subscription Contract Coordinator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including billing and negotiation of service contract and subscription renewals. Ensure all customer needs and requirements are attended to for all service contract related business.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contracts and digital subscription addendums and documentation associated with renewals and offerings.\nAnalyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government regulations, and revenue recognition requirements.\nEnter and maintain service contracts for released products in the Contract Database.\nProcess Service Contract and subscription billings for customers, including obtaining and managing POs or other documents.\nProcess lease event and billings for customers, including obtaining and managing POs or other documents.\nMaintain Intuitive’s various contract databases.\nGenerate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue.\nSupport the Tender team with data and insights related to Service Tenders.\nWork with the IT team to support testing of new system implementations, bug fixes, and information system improvements.\nAssist Finance and Field Service on service contract collections.\nSupport Field Service in the daily service contract activities.\nAssist Contracts team with System Move agreements.\nDevelop and maintain positive customer relations with external customers; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.\nBack up for the tender cycle and all related activities for Spain and Portugal, including but not limited to tender tracking, submission and renewal for all products.\n Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:\nKnowledge of standard legal terms and conditions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nFluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English required.\nDetail oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment\nProficient in MS Office\nProficient SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions\nProactive and ability to work independently \nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nRequired Education and Training \nBA/BS preferred or equivalent experience\nMinimum 4 years of related work experience\n Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
