This position serves as a key liaison between the Fixed Assets Accounting team and Product Operations Accounting to execute inventory control activities, monitor inventory governance programs, investigate and resolve exceptions, and support continuous process improvements. The role will be responsible for maintaining visibility into the overall health of inventory controls across global locations while also supporting fixed asset operational activities as needed. This position reports directly to the Fixed Assets Accounting Manager and works closely with Product Operations Accounting and business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements\nEssential Job Duties\nInventory Governance & Controls\nOwn the governance and oversight of cycle counts, physical inventories, annual inventory verification, and third-party inventory confirmation procedures across locations.\nCoordinate the investigation and resolution of exceptions, including root-cause analysis, remediation plans, and tracking issues through resolution.\nMaintain centralized reporting and provide management with regular visibility into the health of the inventory control environment, including key metrics, open issues, emerging risks, and significant or unusual activity.\nSupport inventory control discussions and requests with Internal Audit and External Audit, including maintenance of related control documentation.\nExecute continuous improvement and standardization of inventory governance processes, including enhanced reporting, automation, and monitoring.\nFixed Assets Accounting\nExecute operational fixed asset activities, including asset capitalization support, asset transfers, disposals, physical verification activities, and asset master data maintenance as needed.\nApply ISI’s Fixed Asset policy utilizing existing systems and established processes, procedures, and controls.\nEnsure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls for assigned areas and meet our periodic close responsibilities and deadlines.\nSupport internal and external audit requests and SOX testing requests as needed.\nPerform ad-hoc initiatives/projects and other fixed asset activities as required.\n Required Skills and Experience\n3+ years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, Operations Accounting, Audit, or related fields.\nDetail oriented, organized, and motived.\nStrong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nRequired Education and Training\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.\nStrong fundamental accounting knowledge.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office.\nEnglish 80%.\nWorking Conditions\nPosition may require some travel (10%).\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nCPA and Big 4 experience is a plus.\nKnowledge of SAP, CPQ, and EDW (Tableau) is preferred.\nExperience supporting inventory accounting, inventory controls, cycle counts, physical inventories, or inventory governance programs.\n Intuitive es un empleador que brinda igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
