This role plays a critical part in supporting all service plants\nby ensuring the right part is available at the right location and at the right time to maximize system uptime.\nThe overarching objective is to strategically position inventory to consistently meet demand, while minimizing excess\nstock, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and avoiding delays for both internal and external\ncustomers. Additionally, this role is accountable for maintaining strong communication and collaboration with key\ncontacts at global distribution centers.\nEssential Job Duties\nExecute planning activities using enterprise systems such as SAP, o9, and Agile.\nAnalyze global inventory levels and execute rebalancing strategies to ensure optimal allocation across multiple\nlocations.\nIdentify, document, and implement planning processes to drive and sustain operational excellence.\nProvide comprehensive planning support for service plants, including management of End-of-Life (EOL) items,\nexcess and obsolete inventory, and field actions.\nDevelop technical specifications and maintain reporting processes for planning metrics and performance analysis.\nMaintain and communicate project status updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate material\navailability issues as needed.\nActively participate in cross-functional team meetings and core team discussions to share project updates and\nalign priorities.\nCollaborate with the Demand and Supply Planning team to support accurate service forecasting activities.\nPartner with Production Control teams to support inventory attainment and alignment with production goals.\nPrepare and present data for recurring business review meetings with senior leadership.\nSupport various ad hoc projects and assignments as required.\nWork closely with the Logistics team to identify opportunities for transportation cost savings and improved\nservice levels.\nEnsure coordination with Regulatory and Trade Compliance teams to meet global compliance standards.\nContribute to the ongoing improvement of planning systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and\neffectiveness\n Required Skills and Experience\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and\nquality.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and apply mathematical\ntechniques to real-world scenarios.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and\neffectively across all levels of the organization.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal\nsupervision.\nProven ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and consistently meet critical deadlines.\nRequired Education and Training\nBS degree or 3+ years of experience on supply chain\nWorking Conditions\nNone\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nSAP\nAgile\nO9\nIntuitive es un empleador que brinda igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
