The Sr. Analyst will develop strong, strategic business partner relationships with key marketing leaders.\nThis role works extensively with large, dynamic datasets to support marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and evaluating program impact to spread patient awareness, increase access to care and accelerating global procedure growth. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, enabling them to consolidate disparate data sources, identify critical business drivers, and effectively communicate insights to senior stakeholders.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nOwn analytic support for marketing campaigns, including dashboard set up, weekly performance reporting, generating actionable insights to inform campaign decisions with Marketing leadership team. \nMonitor and analyze the competitive landscape and market positioning, generating insights that inform marketing strategy and broader business decision-making.\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and leverage data to deliver actionable insights to accelerate procedure growth.\nUtilize advanced analytical and visualization tools, particularly SQL and Tableau, to build scalable dashboards and analytical solutions that enhance business insight capabilities.\nClearly articulate and confidently present data-driven recommendations and strategic positions, and ad hoc analytical support at all organizational levels.\nOperate as a strategic consultant to VP and director-level business partners, proactively surfacing insights and contributing to cross-functional strategy discussions.\nSupport budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and headcount planning for Global Marketing, with opportunity to grow financial acumen and process ownership over time.\n Required Skills and Experience\n5+ years of relevant analytical experience\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and consolidation.\nAdvanced proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.\nStrong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.\nInnate curiosity and capability to interpret data within business contexts, identifying trends, anomalies, and nuanced insights.\nSelf-driven and resourceful, capable of independently identifying solutions, obtaining resources, and sharing knowledge proactively.\nProven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail.\nThis role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.\nRequired Education and Training\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, business, finance, marketing (with strong analytics coursework), or related field; Master’s is a plus\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nExposure to financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting) preferred; willingness to develop financial acumen on the job.\n#WeAreIntuitive #LI-HYBRID\n Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
