The result: modern infrastructure for complex senior care, so teams spend less time wrestling with systems and more time caring for older adults with the dignity they deserve.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to help lead the continued development of our Intus Revenue Integrity System (IRIS) - Intus Care’s flagship product for revenue and risk adjustment services and analytics. IRIS combines a service component, where our medical coders help programs ensure accurate billing of internal encounters, with a custom-built, React-based, analytics application that gives organizations best-in-class visibility into forecasted revenue and potential gaps in their billing process.\nIn this management role, you will be the primary owner of this product line and will be responsible for the success of that product. This includes overseeing the product’s day-to-day operations, partnering with engineering to plan releases, and strategically evaluating new feature opportunities.\nIn particular, you will be responsible for the following:\nProduct Discovery & Delivery\nIndependently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions\n\nOwn the development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing\n\nRecommend build vs buy assessments for manager review\n\nClient & Cross-Functional Communication\nProvide company wide updates related to your product on a regular basis with minimal oversight\n\nHandle client escalations with minimal oversight from your manager\n\nAssist your manager in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through applications changes and rollout\n\nWork cross-functionally to own all the steps needed in launching a new feature with minimal support from your manager\n\nFlag areas of potential cross-product interdependencies to discuss with the broader product team\n\nPlan monthly roadmaps\n\nDevelop pod level quarterly roadmaps with minimal support from your manager\n\nRecommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review\n\nTeam Leadership\nSet clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular direct feedback with minimal support from your manager\n\nWork with your manager in providing your direct reports with growth opportunities and career development guidance\n\nAbout You\nRequired\n6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team\n\nFamiliarity with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage Space\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nComfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations\n\nAbility to handle ambiguous problem spaces\n\nBusiness acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes\n\nAttention to detail with an analytical mindset\n\nProactive and eager to learn new skills\n\nStrong understanding of the software product development lifecycle\n\nExperience running scrum processes\n\nComfort in SQL and JIRA\n\nPreferred\nPrior experience developing data heavy front end analytics applications\n\nPrior experience building healthcare revenue/RAF analytics products and/or revenue cycle management products\n\nExperience working with X12 837/834 EDI standards\n\nPrior start up experience\n\nAbout You\nThe base salary range for this role is 170-180K.
